The document presents the most significant implications and conclusions emerging from the project and offers a set of evidence-based recommendations addressed to the main relevant stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Policy Paper is prepared in both English and Albanian, with the aim of ensuring broad accessibility and facilitating project dissemination. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Policy Paper is disseminated to the main stakeholder groups, including representatives of academia and higher education institutions, financial institutions, consulting and auditing companies, businesses, chambers of commerce, civil society organisations, and local and national public authorities.
