{"id":782,"date":"2026-02-11T17:24:06","date_gmt":"2026-02-11T17:24:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sustainablefinance.feut.edu.al\/?p=782"},"modified":"2026-02-11T17:24:06","modified_gmt":"2026-02-11T17:24:06","slug":"green-insurance-workshop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sustainablefinance.feut.edu.al\/?p=782","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Green Insurance&#8221; workshop"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On January 21,2026 it was organized the \u201cGreen Insurance\u201d Workshop, held on January 21, 2026, at the Faculty of Economy, UT, within the Jean Monnet project \u201cEnhancing Knowledge of EU Green Finance Policies in Insurance and Business Valuation \u2013 Green FIB\u201d, funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Programme.<br>The workshop brought together academics, insurance professionals, and Master\u2019s students in Finance to discuss the role of the insurance industry in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals under the Paris Agreement and the link between insurance market development and sustainability performance. Students actively engaged in the discussions, highlighting the importance of connecting theory with sustainable practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
