On May 29, 2024, the ceremony of certificate distribution for students who attended the “Green Finance and Sustainable Development” Intensive Course took place at the premises of FEUT.
Participants in this ceremony were students, lecturers at FEUT, as well as representatives from business and the insurance industry.
This course was developed within the Jean Monnet project “Enhancing Knowledge of EU Green Finance Policies in Insurance and Business Valuation – Green FIB”, where the participants were students attending Bachelor studies at FEUT.
The focus of this course was not only offering knowledge about green finance and sustainable development to the students, but also encouraging them to be more active in activities and discussions related to these issues, as well as to follow modules on sustainability and similar topics in the future.
This Intensive Course is in the wake of activities that are undertaken within the initiative of improving the curricula of the study programs at FEUT, as well as their alignment with EU directives and policies.
