Environmental Taxation for a Circular Economy: A Jean Monnet “ToTinESD” Contribution

The research paper “Environmental Taxation and Waste Management for a Circular Economy in Albania.”
was presented by Dr. Klejda Gabeshi at the ICEBIT 2025 International Conference on Economy, Business, Innovation and Technology, organized by the Faculty of Economy, University of Tirana, on 6 December 2025.
This research is conducted in collaboration with Prof. Assoc. Dr. Etleva Bajrami and Prof. Dr. Brikena Leka, and is carried out within the framework of the Jean Monnet Module “Transitioning to Teaching with Incorporated Education for Sustainable Development – ToTin ESD”, funded by the European Union as part of the Erasmus+ programme.

A truly enriching experience that allowed to share our work, learn from inspiring colleagues, and engage in meaningful discussions on sustainability and circular economy practices.
