This website presents two Jean Monnet Module projects: "Enhancing knowledge of EU green finance policies in insurance and business valuation" (Green FIB) and "Transitioning to Teaching with Incorporated Education for Sustainable Development" (ToTinESD). The University of Tirana (UT) is the largest public university in Albania. It includes 6 faculties, 50 academic departments, and 41 study programs or majors.

“Green Insurance” workshop

On January 21,2026 it was organized the “Green Insurance” Workshop, held on January 21, 2026, at the Faculty of Economy, UT, within the Jean Monnet project “Enhancing Knowledge of EU Green Finance Policies in Insurance and Business Valuation – Green FIB”, funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Programme.
The workshop brought together academics, insurance professionals, and Master’s students in Finance to discuss the role of the insurance industry in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals under the Paris Agreement and the link between insurance market development and sustainability performance. Students actively engaged in the discussions, highlighting the importance of connecting theory with sustainable practice.
